Boom End Flush Valves

Wilger boom end flush valves are engineered for today’s sprayers—delivering a perfect full drain, compact design, and chemical resistance for long-term reliability. Available in four configurations to suit different fittings and specifications.

Configurations:

  • Quick Nut SST Flush Valve (Part# 25175-v0)
    • Fits quick nut stainless steel tube male thread fittings
    • Compatible with 1-1/4″ NPT
    • Longer thread length (7/8″) than TWS valves

  • 1″ NPT Flush Valve (with QN SST, Part# 25176-v0)
    • QN SST flush valve with attached adapter
    • Thread length: 7/8″ + adapter
    • Compatible with 1″ NPT fittings

  • Thin Wall Steel (TWS) Flush Valve (Part# 41402-v0)
    • Fits case thin-walled steel boom fittings
    • Shorter thread length (5/8″) compared to QN SST valves

  • 1″ NPT Flush Valve (with TWS, Part# 41403-v0)
    • TWS flush valve with attached adapter
    • Thread length: 5/8″ + adapter
    • Compatible with 1″ NPT fittings
